I designed a real estate sign for use on vacant lots in Youngstown, Ohio, that are available for sale to businesses looking for development opportunities in the city.
The sign needed to be designed to fit within the City of Youngstown’s strict branding standards while also featuring all of the necessary information for viewers in a highly visible and concise format. In addition to the design, I also prepared and packaged the files for printing. This sign is still being used in vacant lots around Youngstown.
